Built thanks
to the wish of the first Marquis of Comillas to create a
teaching centre for secondary education, it was finally
used as a seminary for the poor run by the Jesuits, whose
teaching methodology had been in vogue since the 17th
century. It is worth mentioning the ornamental richness
introduced by Luis Doménech in contrast with the
austerity of the original building. |
