The bi-tonal
wall bears the imprint of English influence. Its
structural and pre-eminent sections are built in dressed
stone, and subordinate walls, overhanging roofs and
battlements are built in a rougher stone. There are also
Spanish elements: pyramidal pinnacles, stone balls, and
the coat of arms in stone. |
