Clearly a
product of postmodernist architecture, this building is a
reinterpretation of classical architecture (inspired by
the Theatre of Epidaurus), containing ideas borrowed from
Alvar Aalto (the scalinated roofing), Michael Graves
(classical porticoes), and James Stirling (alternating
bands of colour). |
