Andrea Arguillarena and Marta Romay visited the IES La Granja in Heras, last Friday 8th, 2019. They delivered the talk \u201cAtr\u00e9vete a investigar como una ingeniera qu\u00edmica\u201d, organized in the occasion of the International Day of Women and Girls in Science. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

February 11, celebrates the International Day of Women and Girls in Science , Researchers of the Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering Department continued delivering the talk \u201cAtr\u00e9vete a investigar como una ingeniera qu\u00edmica\u201d in several primary, secondary and high schools in Cantabria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Andrea Arguillarena and Marta Romay visited the CEIP Gerardo Diego in Santa Mar\u00eda de Cay\u00f3n. In Santander, Ane Urtiaga and Sandra S\u00e1nchez were at IES Augusto G. Linares,  Cristina Gonz\u00e1lez and Sergio Castro at the IES Pe\u00f1acastillo, Luc\u00eda G\u00f3mez and Gema P\u00e9rez at the IES Las Llamas,  Susana Guadix and Laura Ranca\u00f1o  at the IES El Alisal.  Jara Laso with Mar\u00eda Margallo visited the IES Foramontanos in Cabez\u00f3n de la Sal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On February 12th, researchers of the Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering Department continued delivering the talk \u201cAtr\u00e9vete a pensar como una Ingeniera Qu\u00edmica\u201d in different secondary schools of the region: Luc\u00eda G\u00f3mez and Gema P\u00e9rez \u2013 IES Las Llamas (Santander); Andrea Arguillarena and Marta Romay \u2013 IES El Astillero (Astillero); Raquel Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez \u2013 IES Jos\u00e9 Zapatero (Castro Urdiales); Marta Herrero and Carolina Trist\u00e1n \u2013 IES Alberto Pico (Santander); Jara Laso and Mar\u00eda Margallo \u2013 IES Jos\u00e9 Hierro (San Vicente de la Barquera).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Linares (Santander); Andrea Arguillarena and Marta Romay \u2013 IES Valle de Pi\u00e9lagos (Renedo); Laura Ranca\u00f1o and Susana Guadix \u2013 IES La Marina (Santa Cruz de Bezana); Cristina Gonz\u00e1lez and Sergio Castro \u2013 IES Marqu\u00e9s de Manzanedo (Santo\u00f1a); Ane Urtiaga and Sandra S\u00e1nchez \u2013 IES Muriedas (Camargo); Mar\u00eda Jos\u00e9 Rivero and Marcos Fallanza \u2013 IES Leonardo Torres Quevedo (Santander); Alba Romano, Claudia Sol\u00e1 and Sophie Schr\u00f6der \u2013 IES Verdemar (Santander).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On February 15th, researchers of the Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering Department finished the series of conferences in the frame of the International Day of Women and Girls in Science. The last conferences \u201cAtr\u00e9vete a pensar como una ingeniera qu\u00edmica\u201d, were presented in: IES Muriedas (Camargo) by Nazely Dib\u00e1n; IES Fuente Fresnedo (Laredo) by Raquel Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez and Clara Casado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
