THESIS DEFENSE: Albert Barcel\u00f3 &#8211; July 24th, 2017"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Albert Barcel\u00f3 defended his doctoral thesis \u201cContribuci\u00f3n al proceso de industrializaci\u00f3n de la tecnolog\u00eda de pertracci\u00f3n evaporativa para el ajuste de grado alcoh\u00f3lico de vinos blancos y tintos\u201d, developed at the Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering Department under the supervision of Prof. Inmaculada Ortiz and Dr. Nazely Diban, last July 24<sup>th<\/sup>, 2017.
