The 10th World Congress of Chemical Engineering in Barcelona (Spain) took place in Barcelona from October 1 to 5, 2017. A large group of delegates of the Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering Department attended the event, where they presented their research. \u00c1ngel Irabien was part of the Scientific and Organizing Committee. Ane Urtiaga, Mar\u00eda Jos\u00e9 Rivero, Manuel Alvarez, Clara Casado and Jonathan Albo participated as chairs of scientific sessions.<\/p>\n

The congress, the most relevant in the area of \u200b\u200bChemical Engineering, brings together every four years the world’s Chemical Engineering elite. 2017 event took place in Europe and it will move to Buenos Aires in 2021 and to \u00a0Beijing in 2025.<\/p>\n

Moreover, during the congress, Prof. Irabien was member of the Scientific and Organizing Committee.<\/p>\n
